Being listened to by a trained professional who understands your pain and empathises with your story brings healing and restoration. How long you stay in counselling is up to you, we go at your pace. Counselling will help you understand and process your story, grow in self-awareness and gain insight, freedom and increased emotional wellbeing. Whatever your goal, I will help you achieve it.
Often people start counselling for many reasons, such as, feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, or impacted by past or present life experiences. You will experience a safe, confidential space to explore what is happening for you, without judgement or pressure to have everything figured out.

As counselling progresses, gradually your story starts to make more sense and changes start happening in your every day life. Healing and freedom can be achieved if you have patience and invest in finding help.

I work face to face from SoCo Therapies, in Bournemouth which is conveniently located near Bournemouth train station and is easily accessible by public transport.
Alongside face-to-face counselling, I also offer online counselling for clients across the UK. Online sessions are available for both individuals and couples and provide a flexible option for those who prefer or require remote support.
See the Events page for the Gottman Marriage Course
Sessions are 50 minutes and commonly take place on a weekly basis and are then reduced depending on the client's needs.
£80 per session for individuals
£100 per session for couples
I offer a limited number of concessionary-rate spaces for those who may otherwise be unable to access therapy.

Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or would like to enquire about counselling.
I offer a free 30-minute initial assessment by phone or online, giving you the opportunity to ask questions, explore what you’re looking for, and see whether you feel comfortable working with me.
